This superfood fudge is made in a quick 8 minutes and frozen ready to eat in about half an hour. It's got so many superfoods in it and no nasties. No gluten, no dairy, no sugar, and no grains. 

So if you suddenly feel like something sweet but don't want to ruin your fat-burning nutritional ketosis then this is your fudge!

Ingredients

Super Food Fudge that's Guilt Free

Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut oil, cacao butter and almond butter over a very low heat. 
  2. Use a whisk and add in the rest of the ingredients except the coconut one by one whisking after each one till mixed in. 
  3. Mix well. 
  4. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and spread the coconut evenly on the bottom of the tin.
  5. Pour in the fudge and put the loaf tin carefully in the freezer till set. 
  6. Cut into small squares and enjoy.
